Mail Art is any art that, with proper postage, is sent via the USPS. It can be a collaged postcard, a decorated envelope or a painted package. Mail Art can also be an actual piece of art with proper postage affixed to it. CHECK WITH USPS FOR MAILING RULES AND REGULATIONS.

All entries must be postmarked no later than August 25, 2007
Your Mail Art can be no larger than 11" x 14" All media is encouraged limit 10 entries per person
No entries can be returned
All mail art will be available for purchase for $5.00 each. All profits will be donated to a local children's charity.
