Reminds me a little bit of Michael Hernandez de Luna's travails with the DOJ and postal authorities when in 2001, President W said to go back to what you were doing after the 9/11 attacks. So MHdL went back to making postal art, and came up with his infamous stamp featuring a photo of molecules of nt hrax. I wrote about it for a few magazines. I don't think anything ever happened with his case. Several prosecutors told me simply (months after MHdL was told he was under investigation) that they were still involved in an "ongoing investigation." Michael can probably update you. Since that time, of course, he curated the brilliant Axis of Evil show.
