I went to the post office today and the clerk noticed that my envelope was a little bit heavy. She asked me if there were photos in it. I said No. Then I asked, "Does it make a difference?" and she said that it was extra postage for photos. Did I misunderstand her? I never heard that before. I thought it was just by weight, period. An extra fee for photos??
