Your email did come through, in fact, if you got a copy sent back to
you, you can be assured it did. If you didn't get any responses it is
because nobody has an answer. I don't know of one under fifty dollars
that does do what you want, I use a Motorola commander, I believe it is
called, and it is fully usable for streaming audio, making and receiving
phone calls, and hearing mobile accessibility. It cost me a$99 and
though I wish it was a full headset, for stereo streaming, it is good
for day to day use.
