Hello,

Thank you for explaining this cordially. Of course I know how the
business world operates. I also know that with arrangements with a
certain company, users can pay a fee to enable them to use a certain
feature or voice. For example, the NVAccess team is working to permit
the use of Eloquence in their program for a fee. So, based on the
suggestion that the original poster made, MA can respond if they
choose to by stating that "we're working on this with the voice
company" or "We've tried but the voice company said no". Or maybe "Oh,
that's a great idea!! We'll look into it". Either way, a voice
manufacturer can't proffit if they limit themselves by only allowing
their product to be used by one screen reader. If an individual wishes
to purchase a voice, they should be allowed to do so, although I don't
know what voice company MA uses or what their policy for this is.

Thanks.
