Hey Ahmed,

I don't use an HTC, but I can give you a recommendation. The app is
simply called voice caller ID, and the developer shows up as PWN with
your phone. Strange name, I know. But it does everything you want it
to and more. It's completely customizable on many levels. i.e which
tts engine/voice you want to use, the volume of the speech when the
information is spoken, what exactly you want it to speak, whether you
want it to only read contact info from your address book or unknown
numbers, too, whether to speak in silent mode or not, how many times
to repeat the information spoken, whether to speak on call waiting...
am I missing anything?

Anyway, I swear by this thing! There is a free and a paid version, the
difference being that the free version shows an advertisement when you
open it. But there is a skip button.

As for why MA doesn't seem to work with HTC?... that I can't even
guess. But I'm glad I didn't go with that phone then. lol Do you use
spiel or talkback?

Hope this info is helpful to you. And if you find you like the app and
want or need some help with it, I'll be happy to oblige.

      Cheers,
    Amanda
