Can any one help me on starting talkback?

I have 2250 contacts to be moved. Tried to move to gmail contacts but due to the contacts size, the gmail contact hangs. I thought I would be able to update gmail contacts directly on my phone but it hangs. 2) How to use mobile accessibility outside the ma application? 3) How to start talkback? It has been installed but I am not able to use it. Do I need to stop ma before trying to start talkback? Mohammed Ahtesham India
