Why not move to another platform. I would go back to Symbian if I wanted productivity and ease of navigation on the net. Having said that you won't have the choice of accessible apps as only a handful if that work with Talks or Mobile Speak. It's a sighted world and vast majority of products are made for the sighted in mind. If AT companies can't give you full accessibility then the products haven't fully matured. another words take the half or 3 quarters accessibility or do without. Even Apple has it's minor glitches and is probebly at this stage the leading product when it comes to accessibility. I don't think taking legal action will resolve anything as you still will be faced with the same issues until they can be resolved.
