for gmail, your phone's stock app should work for that or you can set
up ma's email for that as well. for all other email, the only truly
accessible email is k-9mail. If you want, we could try the stock email
client but since it does something strange, at least the email app on my
phone, where if I download the email into the client on my computer, it
moves it to the trash bin in the web based email. This started once I
turned on the account in the phone's email app. As far as Facebook, you
have several options, friend caster, the Facebook app, fore square, or
even going to the web and using m.facebook.com to access it. I use the
later approach. there is a calorie counter mentioned to. I will try to
email you the link.

PS; up at this late day because Halloween candy was my enemy last
night, and now, I have an upset stomach! LOL! Wondering if there's a
