When you connect the phone, go to the notifications and see if there is
an option to turn on mass storage or something similar. If that doesn't
work, try enabling the USB debug mode in settings.

ok, I do have one question, and I don't know how to fix it. when I plug
my phone into the computer, I get the error sound from windows. meaning
device error. I am unable to see the SD card at all. does anyone know
