Have you tried restarting the phone?
If you have no sighted assistance you may try turning off the phone by long
pressing the power key and start tapping the screen from bottom part of the
screen, nothing happen, continue to raise your level for tapping, the first
option from bottom is the turn off so by the time you reach the menu to you
will be tapping the last option to power down.
A vibration about a minute later confirm device power off, and it is safe to
start your phone.
MA would start speaking as soon as the phone starts.
In case the option under accessibility is not checked, you would need
sighted assistance in checking this.

Okay,
Now, I am also another paid MA user that is frustrated. I now have no
working phone. I unchecked all of the other apps., Soundback, Talkback
& Kickback and left Accessibility & MA checked, and now, I have a
nontalking phone.
This weekend just has to get better! On top of that, I don't think I'll
have any more sighted help, for the rest of the weekend.
I have a business trip soon, and I can't have these issues, while
outside my home turf.

I had to go and purchase the full version of MA. However, I had to take
my phone back to the TMobile store today because I tried in stalling
another app., and it made my phone go haywire. They had to restore it to
factory settings. In the process, the tech enabled TalkBack, Kick Back &
Soundback, but I don't know how to disable those. I only want MA
running. I tried looking for them in Apps., but I cannot find them
anywhere.
If you can give any ideas, I would grately appreciate it!

When I press Home, I see both Mobile Accessibility & Android System, as
my choices for home Screen.
