For Facebook there is Friendcaster, made by the same developer as
TweetcasterZ. I couldn't get that to work, but I admit I didn't try for
long, and I think there are people on this list who use it succesfully.

I use Tweetcaster and find it very accessible. You will need sighted help
to
log in for the first time, and to tell you what the different buttons do,
because they are not labelled properly. But apart from that, the app is
entirely accessible and works great with MA.
