It'll be charged to the card you have on file with google checkout. or,
if you are with sprint, there is an option to bill it to your phone
bill but don't know about other carriers. if you've never purchased
anything from the google market, go to google.com/checkout and set up
the card you want to use, this process is accessible then you should be
able to buy it. It is just a one time fee.
