Hi, I went to the market to download and it is not there. I am running android 2.1. I wonder if that is why?

With susan there's no basic foundation voice file that you need to install first like ivona and SVox. She stands alone so just install her and try it. I listened to another book last night and she still works the best in my opinion as far as having less broken speech and stops and starts.
