Hi David, soundback is another option you can enable in accessibility, its like a windows sound skim. It makes sounds, when you use the arrow keys, and press enter, and so on, if your phone already has some kind of sound feedback, I don't recommend soundback.
I had it on, and I ended up turning it off, it was too much noise.
