I have a Samsung Sidekick 4G, and I just started experiencing this problem. I cannot ansser my phone, when I receive a call. The MA speech tells me reject call, 2 of 2, and that I am now outside of MA. However, I have the phone set to answer calls using the volume keys, so I am not sure why this is happening. When I dial out, the phone also goes through the motions, but I can't hear anything through the speakers! It's like the handset is muted, but I can hear MA talking to me, giving me verbal responses. I just cannot hear any phone ringing on the other end, when I attempt to dial out, and I can't hear the person, when they're calling me! Any ideas why this is occurring? Thanks.
