you need to have under settings > accessibility two things checked. accessibility and a screen reader be it talkback or mobile accessibility. when switching, always check the one you are switching to first before unchecking the one you wish not to use anymore. and never shut down your phone with two screen readers checked. you will loose speech and will require sighted help to uncheck one of the screen readers before speech will come back. i know this from experience, lol!

My son uninstalled the demo version of MA and installed the regular one.
