The app authenticates with MA every time the phone boots.

I know this because when my google account was not migrating over from gb, MA 
was deauthorizing itself; quite annoying. The market knows if you are a Sprint 
customer or not.

This brings up a question: how is the Android Market going to be able to tell 
if a member is a Sprint customer?What will stop others from other networks from 
getting it for free?
