hold the menu for a second, and see if that would work. it wouldn’t make a sound or vibrate, but once you hold it down, and just release it, it would make your numeric keys work. good luck.

I go to dial a number, say, voicemail, and it goes through, but when I press the menu button, to enter a password, nothing happens. I think it happened once, and after that, it didn't work anymore.
