I understand your frustration, with some apps.
But regarding the Skype, app. You are able to prevent it from starting up.
With your phone. And thanks for your input I will make sure to add some of
the things you mentioned, in my email.
About the startup manager app, I don’t know of any… maybe someone in this
list might be able to help you out better.

I've tried skype and find it not to be worth the battery drain it puts
on my phone. I can't seem to find anything. I get no notification as
to who's calling me. I can't figure out how to chat with anyone. And
frustratingly enough, the darned thing starts whenever I restart my
phone! I like skype to start when I want it to, like on the computer.
Perhaps there is a way to do this and I'm missing it?
Also, another question. Is there any kind of startup manager app that
will work with ma? I found one, but it doesn't seem to show all the
apps that start up when my phone boots up. A lot of stupid things
start up when my phone does and I want to be able to remove them
without having to go to the task manager and ending them one by one.
Any help is appreciated.
