As we all know there are a ton of dedicated third party iPhone and iPod compatible wired headsets with the 3-button controls available on the market. I am wondering if any of these will work with Android phones in their 3.5 mm audio jack for listening, pausing, skipping through music and making and receiving calls. Do Android phones have to use their own proprietary headsets? Or is there some sort of Android standard, even if this standard is different than the iPhone standard? Thanks.
