I made the same mistake. And I had to reset my phone to get to read the
option.
See if you are able to get your sighted friend, to release the home screen
settings. Or, see if they see an option to make mobile accessibility as your
home screen.

I just purcheased the Samsong Transform Ultra for Boost Mobile. I got some
one sighted to install the accessibility software on it! *grin* My problem
is that I somehow got the phone stuck on the home-screen and can't access
anything except home. I can't go to eye-free-shell or Mobile accessibility.
All it says is home right-shortcuts and Left-shortcuts. I tried taking the
battery out, but it did no good. I am wondering if I forgot to tell the
sighted person to check boxes or what! Can you give me any suggestions? I
have another sighted person coming around Tuesday! *grin*
