Unfortunately, your suggestions did not appear to work.
When I get a chance, I will get someone to look at the screen and see if
there is a visible button.

Is there a shortcut to call voicemail within ma?
In case it matters, I am in the uk and have an xperia pro.
The voicemail settings have been sent to the phone by t-mobile but
unless I put the number in the contacts, cannot see another way of doing
this.
