Mobile Accessibility Light does not have the screen reader part of the full version of Mobile Accessibility. You get only the suite of applications and they include the Music Player. I use Talkback and Spiehl for the screen reader when outside of Mobile Accessibility Light. I am sure there are others on the list who can provide their experiences as well.
