Usually, you would just turn the volume up or down, while the phone is against your face, and the screen is off.
But I was just reminded that, htc, does not allow htc users that have m.a. to answer or end calls with the volume keys. But you can get to use the system call screen to answer or end calls. That button that you have on top would only lock the screen. But what you can do is use the volume keys to answer and end calls. Place a check on it, and you should be good to go. once you’re on a call, and you pull the phone away frm your face, just press the power button, and it should end the call.
