I do not know for sure, but my theory is this. Although many phones on the
market currently have thespecs for ics, I believe that only a very select few
will receive the upgrade. I anticipate a double marketing campaigne for the
next round of androids and icecream sandwich. I don't like it, but I believe
this is what is happening.
