I like the sankrine ringtone apps. They're touchscreen opperaged, but the gestures r similar for all of them. Very simple to use. It takes a bit of playing, but they're pretty awesome. Another one thats not touch screen opperated is called "funny ringtones" by Greenworks Mobile. Thats by far my favorite, and its got some pretty good ring tones, I think.
