I wasn’t able to find the physical specs of your phone, the LG Enlighten
vs700. So I would need to know, does your phone have a power button on top?
If it does, then you wouldn’t need to end the calls with the volume buttons,
you can use the power button for that. To be able to use the power button
to end calls, do the following.
Go to apps, settings, accessibility, and make sure the option to end calls
with the power button is checked.
in addition, I am not sure if this is the case, for most phones, but I have
taken notice, that many people with various phones mottles, that are working
with android 2.3, are not able to end or reject calls via the volume keys.
This is something that I hope that code factory, will look into fixing in
their latest updated m.a.2.9

I have checked the area in the settings to answer and reject/end calls
