Hi,
My wife and I went to our nearby Sprint Store last night and we both got a Motorola Photon and Motorola Wireless Keyboards and everything is going great. I worked for a corporation once and know that the people dealing with the customers are the last to hear about new things. So I printed info about MA and the link to the page on the market for Sprint's version. I also printed the message about how to enable ending call with power button. The rep had heard about MA but that was about it. He was very thankful for the info and said he'd inform the other reps about the info.

One thing we have been hearing is about an update to improve performance is available, but have no idea where to go or even what to do about this.

Another question is about turning the phone off. While not on a call and we press the power button you can hear something about phone or power setting but by the time we can get a finger on that part, it seems to be gone. So any tips on turning the phone off, other than to remove the battery?

Last one for now, I remember reading in the Sprint press release back in January about some Sprint ID accessibility packs. One offered some accessible version of some GPS software along with some other stuff like a music player. Does anyone know about this? Is it even needed and if so how does one go about installing it?

Thanks again for everyone's messages and help,
Steve
