I think it is the Sonny ericsson x10 that I have and it does not have the up and down arrow keys, but does havethe left and right arrow keys. Its up to you but I would steer clear of HTC phones the Sony Ericsson Xperia mini Pro or the Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro are really good phones. I have had the Cha-Cha and changed it to the Mini Pro.
