you don't need to open the dial pad, if you just hit your menu button once,
it would allow you to press your numeric keys at that point.

Hi All,
When I get a new voice mail under notifications I click on it and it starts
my voice mail. But, when I hit the area where the menu is supposed to be to
open the dial pad nothing happens. Am I missing a setting or, am I doing
