i think when u are trying to install, u must go to except and install. when u
press enter on that, it should install right away. so for prime example, if u
were downloading, oh lets say for an example, a simon game, u would find the
game and press enter on it. then go down until u hear except and download.
when doing this, it should download right away. hope this helps.
