The htc cha cha is one of the worst phones with memory. I have the phone. You need to move apps to sd. There is a way to break the through the app settings and allow you to move many apps to sd without rooting the cellphone. It requires someone with good computer programming awareness to do it. Search for it on google. At the first opportunity switch your phone if you are the kind of person who needs to download apps. Ahmed Salem
