The only thing I could suggest is to contact code factory, and see if they are willing to give you better tech support, then what they gave me.
I am still waiting for a reply from my last email that I sent to them, and along with a follow up email sent out today. That’s about the best thing I can suggest/ sorry I couldn’t be much help. p.s. if you are able to use another screen reader try using that for now, until you hear from code factory. good luck.
