Subject: [MA] play store app

after a back and forth discussion with a member of the play store support
team, I am glad to report that I have got them to recognize the problem
duplicate it using talkback. I have now be reassured that the whole team is
involved in addressing the concern now. Hopefully, we will have a fix in
place quickly for the my apps inaccessibility problem. We shouldn't have to
work around and guess. I am also hopeful that they will find a way to
provide a library for use with phones operating older versions of android
to, through their screen reader when installed and running, gives the phone
touch to explore capability without having to be at the whims of a non
receptive manufacturer/carrier community. I suggested this option as well
to alleviate future concerns, such as this.
