I found out why I couldn’t find mobile accessibility US, on the Google play
store.

This is the response to my last email to code factory that I sent yesterday
afternoon… and you will find the answer with in the email they sent me.

Dear customer,

i am very sorry for the problems this might have caused you.

As Sprint, Boost and Virgin Mobile are offering the same product with a
different name for free to their customers, the product Mobile Accessibility
had been made invisible on their markets.

Of course I understand your inquiry and that you wish to install the product
that you had purchased in the first place.

The product has been made visible again and will be available for your download
shortly (as the Android market updates automatically depending on the Google
servers, please do allow some hours of margin for being able to reinstall).

I do again apologize for this problem.

Best regards,

Melanie Endres

Sales Director.

Now this is a respond that I can accept.

Unfortunately my other questions weren’t answered, but hopefully, soon they
will be.

So if anyone is on the sprint network and you already purchased mobile
accessibility US, and couldn’t find it in the market, aka Google play store,
now you know why.

I did search for it on the Google play store, and I was able to find the app.

Now Let’s hope they release the m.a. upgrade very soon, to help us with the
g.p.store.\

p.s. dusty I guess you were right all along.

Warm Regards,

Pedro
