Hi. This is a real shame. The lack of response from CF just indicates that
further support and development is not forthcoming. I was thinking of buying
another Android phone and I have now changed my mind due to the messages and
info that I've been reading regarding the MA product. I don't have the money
to by an ICS 4.0 device and it seems to me the top end of the market only
have the latest OS.

Neil, I think MA has realized this because they are no longer
depending on droid users to purchase their product, instead relying on
carriers to subsidize their crap. They're not making that much money
out of users because once a user buys this software, they no longer
have to buy it again because they own it for as long as the market
remains around. And CodeFactory has always been terrible with customer
service, updates and the like. What a waste of money, and they don't
care because they got rich out of the users who purchased their crappy
product.

Glad to hear it mate. It looks very like now they are getting networks to
buy the product they are not dependant on making money from us and we are
sadly forgotten. I spent a lot of time promoting ma hear in the u.k but
in
the end I stopped not because I don't believe that the product is a good
one
but after not fixing up the browser contacts app and the likes I lost
hart.
I get more updates from free apps than I ever have from ma and to be quite
honest with you some of the developers are a lot more responsive when it
comes to sorting out either bugs or issues.
Like I sad yesterday they monitor tha list so why not come and tell us why
be half have a browser, no track ball, a contacts app which hardly ever
when
adding contacts to it sink with google and why can we only send text
messages no more than 160 chars. Enough people are pissed off at this
stage
and dam it we don't need ma anymore anyway under ics and it has it's own
bugs under ics to which they have been made aware of and not fixed. The
last money they will get from me.
How about you guys reply to this and tell us when these issues are going
to be sorted out. Sick and tired of half responsise
neil

Subject: [MA] I finally got my mobile accessibility US, back.
Hello, everyone:
I finally got my mobile accessibility US, back.
After a little more than a week, of contacting code factory's tech
support,
for assistants with my problem. I realized that code-factory, tech
support,
is very useless!
Last night, I kept trying to install m.a. US, via web, because that's the
only way I was able to find it on the Google play store, and it just
didn't
work.
I decided to remove wireless accessibility en, from my phone, and I had a
sighted person use my mobile browser to get on the Google play app, store,
and look at my downloaded apps. They found mobile accessibility US, on
the
list and were able to download it back on to my phone from the g.p.store,
website.
Here's a brief summary of the response I got from code factory's tech
support:
Name: Mukesh Sharma
Response: If you have purchased MA, you would have its license for all
time
and should be able to use it on non sprint device.
Hope this helps, should you need specific information on our product, do
let
us know.
Yet, here I thought, I was asking for "specific information", on their
product.
How stupid is this response when it's just a few weeks ago that sprint got
wireless accessibility, and I have been using m.a. US, since its release.
Furthermore, I rather use the product that I paid for, oppose to something
I
got for free.
In addition, I want to point out to this useless tech, that, I am using
mobile accessibility US, on a sprint mobile device!
I would like to suggest to: Mukesh Sharma, if you are not able to provide
adequate tech support, please forward the email to someone who is much
more
experience in dealing with code factory's products, and don't give out
pointless suggestions.
I will never again bother purchasing products from code factory ever
again.
I rather jump on the bandwagon, and start sipping on that apple coolaide.
