Hello, Gary:
If you want to download an app, from a website, you would not be able to do
it via phone… with the m.a. web browser, but you can have someone sighted
use the phone browser, to download the app for you.
If you are going to use your pc, to download the app, you would need to save
it on to the phone’s sd-card, and then install the app once you place the
sd-card back in the phone.
