Yes, you can do this with the built-in contacts app. Go to the contact you
want to send and do a long press of the enter key. Now you get several
options, one of which is "send as business card". If you select this, you
see the different ways to send the contact, like via Gmail, K9 mail,
bluetooth, whatsapp or whatever you have. It's pretty accessible, and you
can even send contacts to different types of phones like Nokia.
