Go to apps/settings/applications/manage applications. Arrow left and right til you hear all applications. Look for HTC Sense, press enter, then look for clear defaults. Press enter. Pres home. You should then be presented with an Android System screen. Arrow down to use for default checkbox. check that, then arrow up to Mobile Accessibility. This should fix the issue.
