The dialer is accessible in the HTC one S, at least over here in the
states it is.  Talkback, touch by explore is in stalled as well.  The
only consurn I have is the in call screans, I am not sure how
accessible it is, I did not make a phone call to see how that works
with the phone.  My 2 beafs with the phone are HTC sense UI and a deal
braker "no sd card" slot to put my micro card 32 gb.  so no HTC one S
for me, I will pass.
