Hello, I am new to the list and attempting to use the Alva BC640 device
paired with a Motorola Droid 2 running Android 2.3.4. I successfully
paired the device, but when I enable Braille, it only stays connected
for less than 30 seconds. After this time, Mobile Accessibility
restarts and the Braille device is disconnected. I know this support is
new, so what information may I provide to the team to diagnose the
issue? Am I missing something in the setup? This part of the English
manual on the web appears to be in Spanish. At least the language
detection in my screen reader switches to Spanish when I open the 12.1
link from the contents page. Thanks
