Hello,

well, there's a point for us, Czech Android users. There are not many voices available for us. I know only about two of them - eSpeak, which is not very pleasing to listen to, and SVOX Iveta, whic doesn't work well on ICS, and has quite high latency. MA brings Zuzana, which is both nice to listen to and low-latency. That's why I'd like MA on my tablet - because of Zuzana.

if you want my personal opinion,I wouldn't do it. while it works under ICS,
it is not very practible. have a listen to two of my podcasts onh my ICS
page to see what I mean. podcast 07 and podcast 11. you can find them
here.

talkback is much better under ICS, and it is even better when you use the
latest talkback beta. keep in mind these are just my thoughts, opinions,
and observations.

Well, justn now I'm about to update my Xperia Pro to ICS. Wonder if MA
would run there ...

With my tablet, I couldn't find MobileAccessibility on play store, which
means, I believe, MA is not suppose to run on tablet. Still I thought you
have brought up important issues to the developers' attention. Thanks for
that.

Hello,

some days ago, I bought MA for my Sony Xperia Pro. Sadly, I couldn't
install it on my Acer Iconia A500 tablet running Android 4.0.3. since it, as
many current devices, lacks navigation buttons. Devices with such buttons
are quite rare these days and the situation won't be any better in the
future. That's why Google introduced Explore By Touch feature, and I'm
really looking forward to a day whdn MA starts supporting this feature,
making it possible to use it on mainstream devices.

As a person able to use a sight, although in a very limited ways, I don't
need constant chatter of speech engine. Fortunately, some alternative
launchers and other tools allow me to set up shortcuts to screens, where I
can turn of(off screenreader, or where I can select speech engine to bu
used.

I had some difficulties to make MA's Web app to work with Google Reader,
so I chose to use Google's Reader for Android app, which is quite reasonably
accessible. Pity I can't provide labels for buttons which lack them, so that
other MA users could benefit from them too.

I really like the "Where Am I" applet of MA. It tells me exactly what I
need to know.

I already posted some suggestions directly to Code Factory using their
email address provided on Google Play, But I'll share my ideas about what
could be improved in this list as well.

* It would be nice if I could set inverse colors for MA screens, i.e.
dark background with light text. Light background make my eyes hurt after a
while.

* It would be nice to be able to change the font size in MA environment,
preferrably by standard pinch-to-zoom gesture.

* MA's virtual keyboard should support international characters. It's of
limited use for me right now, since I'm Czech.

* It should be possible to create shortcuts to MA's apps to other
lounchers. I'd use "Where Am I", "Web", "SMS", and maybe others too.

* Nuance voices should be available as system-wide voices. It's a pity
they are bound only to MA now. Or am I wrong? We Czechs are short of high
quality and low latency voices for Android now.

* And as I already said above, MA should definitely support ICS's Explore
By Touch and ICS devices without nav buttons.

* I have an old Alva Satellite 544 braille display, which I can connect
to my Acer A500 tablet. Shame there's no way to make use of this connection
yet. BRLAPI might help ... This is not MA related, but MA supports braille
displays, which have to be connected via Bluetooth. Sigh.

That's all for now, If I stumble upon anythong worth mentioning here,
You'd hear from me.
