Mobile speak only works on windows and Symbian phones and so I wouldn't
know. As for Mobile Accessibility, it is linked to your Google account
so you just download it onto your new Android phone and you are good.
Since mobile speak is only for windows and Symbian. You will have to
purchase Mobile accessibility through the market AKA Google play store
(play store) to get it for your phone or run the thirty day demo if you
aren't sure how you will like it.
If the phone you are talking about is a windows or Symbian based phone,
this is the wrong list.
