Claudia follow the directions here and it should work for you to change the
defalt to mobile accessibility.

I had this issue too and I will try to explain how to fix it. Go to apps,
then settings, then app settings. You go to manage apps, you will see
something like HTC cence or something like that. What you need to do is
clear defalts. You may need sited help to do this. After you do this you may
get a message saying that the system doesn't work. Just turn off and on the
phone and that should clear it up. I needed sighted help because for some od
reason my HTC phone didn't tell me where the HTC cence program was but my
sighted friende found it in the settings with no problem. Hope this helps.
