As with most phones running ice cream sandwich, there is no need to use MA unless you are connecting to a braille display. Until MA is updated to work better with with ICS I would recommend sticking with talk back or spiel. Not everything on the home screen is spoken, not necessarily a problem if you use the MA home screen but if you use a different launcher, (home screen) you might run into problems. This being the case, you might in other apps as well. The lack of a virtual d-pad in ma's virtual keyboard may pose a problem in apps that don't have explore by touch enabled, Ma only works with its own virtual keyboard. There is a stand alone virtual d-pad (requiring rooting your phone) but I haven't had it tested with ma so don't know how it works. I am not pushing a phone because I like and want the S III myself, but you could go with the current galaxy Nexis Google is selling for $349 on Google play which runs ICS and will get Android 4.1 Jelly Bean when it is released next month or you could wait for the next Nexis phone to be released I believe between then and October. Both Nexis and S III are touch screen phones. Sometime the S III will be updated to Jelly Bean but that probably won't happen to sometime around the first of the year as is the case with updates that have to come from the phone manufacturers, usually six months to a year after an OS upgrade is released, (if they choose too). So, yes MA does work with Ice Cream Sandwich, but the built-in Talk Back and the optional spiel work better. I hope this has helped answer your questions.
