I'm using Meridian Media Player and like it. You can get rid of some of
the extra buttons on its main screen via its settings. When you go into
the music button there are two buttons. The first one will list songs by
artist and if you use your arrow keys and move down one that button will
list songs by title.
Enter will start and stop/pause the song, while music is playing the up
and down arrows will adjust the volume.
