Hi. I had this same problem a couple months ago. I solved it by uninstalling
Mobile Accessibility from my phone, and then re-installing it using Google Play
store on my home computer. You won't need to pay for the program again; Google
will install it for free. You may need sighted help to do this, unless you
check another screen reader like TalkBack or Spiel before you uninstall MA from
your phone. This process shouldn't take longer than 10 minutes, and then that
message should go away. It's some kind of weird bug with the program. You're
pretty lucky; I didn't even have MA for a year before that message came up for
me.
Good luck and let me know if you need any more help!

I am using the evo shift and now this message keeps coming up and will not shut
up. I have had it for two years. Help. Any suggestions?
