uninstall mobile accessibility, and then reinstall m.a. that would fix the problem. HTH. good luck.

Unfortunately since I wasn’t face with the problem I didn’t follow the suggestions closely. I am getting messages all of a sudden saying that Mobile Accessibility isn’t licensed and telling me to register the program. I try to go into the applications, and am not allowed to access them, Any tips on how to address this issue would be much appreciated.
