This question is better addressed by someone using your phone that has
done so, but it is my opinion that since MA is supposed to work with ICS
that the benefits of doing so, outweigh the disadvantages. There is a
lot more accessibility in ICS than you currently have, but that is my
opinion since I don't own that phone nor have one running ICS at this time.
